Lynne and Jody understand how busy and important your career and leisure time is, so they offer a one day class covering your birth, breastfeeding, hospital stay, and parenting in the early weeks at home. The unbiased evidenced based information and support provided, empowers you with knowledge and confidence to experience a birth that is innately positive for you and your partner.

Ready4Baby offers small class sizes customized to provide succinct evidenced based information on birth, breastfeeding and parenting skills prior to having your baby. The advantages of a small class are: there is more time to address concerns and questions, and many firm friendships develop from the day couples spend together in class.

Ready4Baby offers a unique service of a postnatal class reunion. This reunion is facilitated by either Lynne or Jody, who are best qualified as lactation consultants to give you accurate and useful breastfeeding and settling advice in the early weeks at home.

Our services include:

• Day only classes, Saturday or Sunday
• Day only classes for caesarean births
• Private classes by appointment
• Postnatal hospital consultations in the Prince of Wales Private Hospital
• Help with choosing baby and nursery products
• 2-3 week post birth class reunion and help session
• Private lactation consultations for help with breastfeeding in your home
• A lactation clinic on the north shore and in the eastern suburbs
• Emergency weekend breastfeeding consultations
